Don't skip breakfast! Early to bed and early to rise is the key! Take the time to eat a balanced meal in the morning and then go about your business. If a walk or sports session is scheduled, getting up early will leave you more time for this. Also, make sure you take the time to better plan your day. So prepare the day in advance! Get writing a list! When you wake up, take your breakfast, serenely, then, consult your list before starting your daily jog. Try as much as possible to keep a regular rhythm of life. Don't go to bed too late, sleep at least 8 hours a night and get up early so you have time to have breakfast, do a little sport and take stock of the tasks ahead that day. Obviously, it's natural to want to have a lie-in every now and again! Go ahead! It's allowed!
