Did you know that snacks and treats are not only for children? Allow yourself a balanced snack every day. Around 4:30 pm seems perfect! It will allow you to recharge your batteries a little and will give you the energy to carry on until the evening. For children, snacking is needed in order to ensure good growth. For adults, sensible snacking can help avoid bad snacking. Try to eat a balanced snack. This could be a fat-free yoghurt with a nice apple. Or a biscuit, preferably rich in cereal and not too sweet, accompanied by a nice hot cup of tea. For children, a glass of milk with some apricots. Allow yourself a small bar of chocolate or a slice of bread with strawberry jam and butter from time to time.
